"I called the night before my arrival and was told that I would have to walk from the bus station to the hotel. It was not easy as uphill and I had two bags. When i arrived ( rather hot amd bothered), the receptionists said I should have called them to pick me up! Once checked in, I called reception three times and room service (there is no mini bar) and no k e picked up. I was told the phone system was not working (although they did get it operating). "It's definitely a 5 Star property. I'm only taking 1 star off for the amenity hrs. The fitness center opens at 8:30AM and closes at 6PM (last admission at 5PM). If you're a tourist and like to work out as well then forget either the gym or breakfast as the breakfast closes at 10AM. No possibility of working out in the evening either because when you're back from any excursion, it's closed. And BTW, the 2 days I used the gym, there was no air conditioning, no water and no towels. No attendant around so you could ask."
