"The price was fair in that it was inexpensive - however: (1) the motel has no ice machine - thats on you; (2) the motel does NOT provide any soap (none!); and (3) in the 1st hour in the room I swatted many flies and there were dead ones in the room corners that hadnt been cleaned up before check-in. AC and hot water were both great. But as I said, the price was low, but not a giant bargain. "

Room was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Grace is a wonderful host, and the free breakfast she prepared was plentiful and tasty. "
