"We arrived at the hotel registration (5:00 pm) to find the reception locked and unattended. A sign in the door glass window provided a telephone number, to register. The hotel person on the telephone advised us how to access the lock box, beside the door, and remove the door key to the room we had been issued. This is an unfamiliar hotel greeting and sign-in! When we arrived at the room (#121) the door was open and when we entered the room, there was an unusual smell/odour. We tried to exhaust...
