"Great city break. Loved how quiet the spa was, I often had it to myself. Staff were very accommodating to all requests. Often nice surprises in the room as we went during the Eid holiday period. Lovely little pastry shop downstairs. Access into the galleria mall and Cleveland clinic. "This property was very unkempt. The shower had black mold. The carpet was extremely dirty and smelled terrible. I booked to stay for one night. Due to the conditions, I checked out the same day. It wasn't good. They have very strongly scented air fresheners in the hallways to mask the smell of the dirty carpets. DO NOT STAY HERE! "
