"I arrived early and waited for my room, at 4:00pm my room wasn't available, it was a long wait and process, finally it was resolved. The breakfast time changes so ask for the time for the next day. A roach was crawling in the brown sugar. I eat breakfast outside. The printer took a long time to print my boarding passes. Finally I download and was able to print. The staff is friendly, the towels go fast. the pool is clean and the casino was lots of fun. The washer and gym is clean and useful. Be careful in the streets just like any other city/state. The room get cleaned everyday, excellent cleaning. You receive free vouchers for free drinks and free play. This was our 5th time visiting this hotel, I think we need a change, we'll see I just may go back. Overall we have a great time."
