"Hôtel familial au personnel extrêmement sympathique, et francophone ! Il est tres bien situé a 5 mn a pieds du centre (lac). Très propre, disposant d'un ascenseur. La chambre (201) donne une magnifique vue sur la mer et l'île juste en face, avec une belle terrasse, bien orientée pour en profiter dès l'après-midi. Les équipements sont un peu vieillots mais fonctionnels. La clim meriterait une petite réparation car 2 volets sur les trois sont cassés et il est difficile dorienter le debit d'air....

This is a perfect place for a vacation, from the architecture to the service to the cleaning level and first of all for the exquisite personnel, polite and professional, invisible but always there, ready with a smile. "Having just spent a week with my daughter at this amazing hotel, we cannot praise it enough. Everything was perfect. We were welcomed with a glass of champagne and a room upgrade, and the rest of the stay followed suit. Couldn’t fault the facilities and everything was immaculately clean. Really well located in Crete and great front of house staff that were happy to help and provide suggestions. A week of luxury and couldn’t recommend enough! Hoping to return again some day - thank you! "

"My wife and I had a lovely stay, the concierge at arrival was very polite and helpful and he couldn’t do enough for us, we had everything we needed for our stay in the room, including a safe and air conditioning, the views from our room over the harbour were lovely. My wife and I would most definitely go back there to stay, and I would like to say the staff are a credit to the owners of the apartments as they do a fantastic job and are very friendly and welcoming "
