The room was clean and spacious. The staff were super helpful at all times. The water and hot beverages in the lobby 24/7 were amazing. Great laundry facilities, decent gym. Outstanding experience!

The bathroom was so so, the sink was clogged with cigarette leftovers and it had a strong cigarette smell

The room was very nice and clean. The building could be very noisy late at night (but that isn’t the fault of MR). The Duomo and subway are less than 5 min, also grocery store, restaurants are very close. I was very nervous about the checkin process because my Orange SIM card for travel does not ...
