"Hotel was very nice - definitely a very good 4 star. the staff were amazing, friendly and very helpful - above and beyond. The pool was a very nice addition - specially on a hot afternoon to cool down - it was very clean and warm. Large roof top patio. Breakfast was very good - had everything you would need. Very good location - 10 min walk to start of the old town adn 25 min walk to the water. Highly recommend this hotel and staff"

"Great location overlooking the water. Walkable and great city. Super easy to take ferries to other cities like Bellagio. The ferry is literally across the street. This was our favorite spot (hotel and location) of the Italy tour."

"We stayed here for four nights —-booked two rooms for our family. Some of the highlights include: 1) great, fantastic location which is short walking distance to ferry, shops and restaurants. 2) we enjoyed the breakfast buffet, and beautiful swimming pool every day. 3) super comfortable beds and well air conditioned rooms. 4) staffs at the breakfast, pool and concierge are super attentive, warm and helpful. The concierge booked a private boat tour for us and provided useful advices on day trips and ferry schedules. The only and the biggest low light was that the casual restaurant (La Goletta) was super disappointing. The food was boring, plain, and poorly prepared . The restaurant waiters were cold and stern. Given the price, the restaurant felt way below our expectation. Recommend to stay at the hotel but eat elsewhere."
