"Cleaning and reseption personal was very nice and polite. Room was nice. If something it would be nice if one pool’s water could be a little bit more warm (as I am use to have in Viterbo spas). "

"Molto pulito piscina bella personale gentile"

"Nice staff although additional costs such as use of pool and swim caps weren't explained to us prior, despite having called before arriving and being told the swim pool was included in our price. Very dated rooms and the hotel lobby is a complete mess with furniture everywhere. Swimming pool was nice but jacuzzi looked out onto a small maintenance area that wasn't very nice to look at."

"The rooms were clean, We did not use the Spa, nor did we use the pool. The staff were friendly, the best staff there were Paolo and Matilde at the reception, they both went the extra mile to make sure our stay was comfortable throughout the 7days at the hotel throughout. The breakfast is not bad ,but could be better. It would be nice if the hotel can add ( boiled eggs) to their buffet breakfast."

"We had a very enjoyable stay at Hotel Terme Metropole. The pools, spa, gardens, and breakfast were excellent, and the hotel is beautiful and relaxing. At the beginning of our stay, we had some concerns about the dinner experience. We shared our feedback with the management, and we truly appreciated that they listened carefully and made a genuine effort to improve our experience. Mr. Aldo Casagrande and his team were attentive, professional, and showed that they cared about guest...
