"Clean room great view. "

"The property inside the elevator needs servicing. There is no breakfast, water, juice. The housekeeping sucks I asked for washcloth none had to use hand towels to take a bath. The water pressure socks and the carpet needs cleaning The front lady on that Saturday was rude when I asked for washcloth she stated that she was only one there at the time. The stayed wasn't good."

"Early check in isn’t early check in it’s maybe an hour or two before normal check in and you have to pay for it ,we also waited right outside of the room for hours and it was clean and ready but they made us wait till the check in time saying it wasn’t ready there is no garden or waiting area like it say. It’s broken down furniture and not on a great street either so sitting outside isn’t ideal. The inside of the two bedroom family suite is not bad the bedrooms are small but they have a nice kitchen area and big bathroom that’s about the only nice thing at this place."

"Okay - tools were extremely modern, but also stark. Bed was comfy. There was a large concrete support pole in the middle of my room which was awkward."

"This was hands down one of the most incredible stays I have ever experienced. I was upgraded to a massive 3 bedroom suite with a magnificent ocean view.The entire Ocean side is sliding glass. Each and every staff member I encountered was so courteous, helpful and skillful. The suite was exquisite. The Balcony was so comfortably furnished and very expansive. The kitchen was incredibly high end with gorgeous cabinetry and deluxe Miele appliances. Can't wait to go back!"
