Nice clean hotel with good breakfast buffet and pleasant staff, and also very handy to the train station. Unfortunately, there is a downside to the locale: noisy drunks, screaming and fighting on one occasion, more celebratory on others, kept us awake between 3 and 5 am on three nights of a 5-night stay.

Perfect location for a weekend get-away

Good hotel, location was perfekt, right by busses and train. Only 5.min walk to main stopping street.. Breakfast was amazing and the restaurant staff very sweet. Even help us with a cooler for whitewine for us to take to the room. Only downside the people at front desk was missing knowledge about the city

Shaun does construction at the moment you could hear very loud construction. No one in early that wakes you up. Also lift was broke for a day otherwise people like nice breakfast was really good.

Basic hotel in need of renovation

Rooms were little outdated and pretty basic. Beds were not the best. Location was great and staff friendly. Parking was tricky as it is located in the nearby shopping centre and it was not possible to stop in front of the hotel (busy street).

The hotel is conveniently located across from the central station and with a bus located at the entrance. Great breakfast selection. The bedroom was comfortable. The bathroom and shower was extremely small! Every time I showered the bathroom used to flood, making it disgusting to have to walk on your shower water which never dried.

Under renovation

The hotel is under renovation. This lead to a lot of noise from 7 in the morning. There was a lot of builder dust on the first floor, there was no heating in my bathroom (freezing), and the hotel had no option to move to a proper room. Would definitely avoid staying here until renovations are done. On the positive side the location is really good, and everything is close.

Great but bad AC.

Good location and standards. We had the superior family room, which fitted our family of our quite conveniently. The only minus was rather bad/nonfunctioning AC, which also was the case for another family we were travelling with. No way to adjust it either. Other than that, it was a great stay and the best Scandic Hotel experience we have had.

Staff was very friendly. We would have liked a better view instead of looking at a construction site. Blowdryer broke down. Asked for another one but it never arrived. Asked for ice and the machine was broke. Parking was at another location and almost impossible to unload your luggage at the hotel as it was a bus zone in front of the hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast it was very delicious.

Terrible smell in bathroom and had to change rooms. By end of our stay there was beginning to be a smell in the second bathroom and lid of toilet had to remain closed - a problem with the sewers probably. Cleanliness was poor and there was a noise issue at night - inadequate sound proofing. Breakfast was adequate but with the other issues we were not tempted to eat in the restaurant. Location was good but would not stay here again. Advertised as a 4 star hotel but only worth 3 at the most.

Good location and comfortable stay

We had a good stay at this hotel. Breakfast could have been better but it was okay. Hotel location is really nice and surrounded by farms. Staff is friendly and helpful.
