"The room was clean, the breakfast was very sparse compared to most. No butter, no forks, the waffles were alright but needed accessories. There was very little offered honestly. The staff seemed just there not really very personalable."

Most of the time i had to wait for the employees to end a private conversation before they would even acknowledge I was there. Food service was extremely slow even with very few folks in the dinning room."

"I have had various surgeries in the past so I have reserved handicap enabling rooms even though I don’t use any helpers now. The room they gave me was on the second floor. There was an elevator nearby however should an emergency arise the evacuation route in both directions involved stairs. That can be a challenge if needing a cane and all but impossible with a walker or wheelchair. There was still a bathtub in the bathroom. It had a bench but I roll in shower would have been better"

"The location of this property was excellent. It is an old building but my room had been updated. My only problem was the mattress. That mattress should have been replaced long ago. I was just passing through booking only for that one night so sleeping comfortably was a top priority. There are so many over weight guests now. I have no idea how often mattresses need replacement. I feel sorry for management."

"Very bad hotel ad not helpful at all. My boyfriend got hurt in the room on the bed frame . He cut his ankle really bad and all staff did was give him something to clean it with. Very disappointed in this stay."
