"Staff was nice and helpful but the state of the property was insanely bad. There were grease splitches on the nightstand and various surfaces, dried encrusted gunk in the sink, the tub was moldy, and there even was a dirty old pair of socks on the floor. The bed was made (with a hair on the pillow) and that's it. No attempt at cleaning anything else. "

"Parking was easy behind the building outside my door. However, being the only car there made me feel a bit uneasy as anybody could walk off the street and walk around the building. The fitness room was closed, the spa boarded over and the indoor pool closed due to COVID 19!!! I had just stayed in places where pools and spas were available and being used. The pool was one reason why I had chosen this place. I think this is false advertising. If the pool has been unvailable for years it should...

"Good location in Buellton, walking distance to the Firestone Walker Brewery for a meal and a good beer, near Mother Hubbards for a delicious breakfast, and close to the freeway too. There is no pool, and no area to sit outside but there is a coin operated washer and dryer on site next to the ice machine and vending machines. I’m single and travel alone, the room was great. "The property was old but updated. Everything worked ( especially pleased with the jacuzzi!). The only issue was that the light over the bed was not accessible to a night stand. The light was on one side the nightstand in the middle of the two beds. Awkward. I just moved a chair to that side. The rest of the room was very accommodating."

"Everything was great except one important thing, no towel hooks in the bathroom. We had to use clothes hangers to hang our shower towels. Other than that everything was good."

"I highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are huge and include a full sized fridge, an extremely comfortable bed, and it's clean. The staff couldn't have been kinder. The free breakfast was delicious! I will absolutely stay here again!"

"Like other Motel 6 properties, the rooms were clean. The location was very convenient and close to Solvang. We appreciate that dogs can stay free here. The grass area in front where you can let your dogs relieve themselves could be better maintained. We saw a disposable razor and a few other potentially harmful items tossed there. Other than that, the value for price was good."
