"This was a fabulous stay. Just a few blocks from my son's downtown apartment. Spacious hotel, very comfortable beds. Used the workout facility both days... it was very cool and clean with lots of equipment. Best hotel gym I've ever seen. Delicious coffee bar and market. Ate at the Italian restaurant for a late lunch. Views from the room were amazing on the sunny days. Couldn't give this any higher rating! EXCELLENT!!!!"

"It was okay for what we paid. The shower head was so low that even I had to bend down to shower (I’m 5’3”). The head fell on us while we were sleeping and my daughter’s bed wouldn’t stay on the bed frame. Although we had these issues the staff was amazing and so very helpful. They have snacks in the office and it’s open 24 hours a day. And it was quiet and close to everything"

"The room was clean and meet our expectations, however, I didn’t like the bathroom that doesn’t have locks, anyone can just walk in and it won’t be good for someone who shower. We did not like the smells of the elevators, it smells and not very clean. The hallway was not the best either, carpet hallway should be clean and smells good. It is the first impressions that customers like. The furniture in the lobby or waiting area is very outdated and has many stains on it l. Otherwise, breakfast was good, staff was very helpful and respectful."

"Downtown Seattle hotels are expensive—there's no getting around that. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with a great location and good-sized rooms, this property is an excellent value. During my stay, comparable hotels nearby were more than $100 per night higher. In my opinion, the extra cost wasn't justified. This hotel provided everything I needed: a comfortable room, friendly service, and easy access to downtown attractions. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good Seattle hotel without paying luxury hotel prices."
