"I stayed at this hotel while visiting Wichita for a boxing tournament with a large family group. The hotel has a very convenient guest common area with plenty of tools to help with dining (outside food) at the hotel. There’s plenty of tables, condiments, plates, napkins, and utensils as well as microwave that can be used. The TVs were very good for watching World Cup games while we were there too :) The location is odd in that it’s a pretty far walk to get to the actual casino, but the hotel...

"The halls were dirty, needed vacuumed, toilet seat was lose, tile missing in the bathroom ceiling, and something on the second bed cover."

"The room was very nice and comfortable. It was quiet and relaxing. I will be booking there more often. Everything you need is within walking distance."

"Bed was terrible, ceiling peeling in multi places in room. Carpet was sticky in room and hallways, Ice maker was down, Elevator and vending was down. I mean the customer service was good, place just needs major overhaul of rooms and amenities. They just changed management which is understandable to a certain extent. Overall a one night stay was ok but for short or extended stays no thanks."

"When we arrived the clerk seemed confused and hostile. When we got in the room the toilet was running constantly and loudly. When we asked for a new room, even though the place was only half full, he was hesitant to give us a new room, but eventually he did. When we went to shower in the new room, which had a filthy bathroom, the towels literally stank horribly and were dirty and moldy, and when we went to get clean towels the two people working there became very angry and refused to give us...

"The room was very clean, AC worked great, TV worked great but the downfall was that the bed was so high that the mattress was even with my waist and impossible for me to get onto it without using the desk chair to stand on! Also there's no dehumidifier, obvious because in the morning my clothes were cold from the AC but damp from the air."

"Terribly uncomfortable furniture. WiFi not secured. Rooms are junky. Batteries in both remote controls were dead. Water pressure in shower was bad. The shower head was broke. The floors are so dirty they make your socks brown. We had 3 nights reserved and only stayed 2 bc it was so uncomfortable. Very disappointed"
