"Great service and guest experience, some areas of hotel were a little dated, didn’t provide coffee/milk replenishment one coffee each over two day. Beach is lovely and nicer vibe than pool which is overcrowded and grass warm. "

"This is a gorgeous resort hotel that has excellent service, beautiful location. The pool is next level gorgeous next to sea. Good dining. Excellent staff and concierge can book day trips. Just note that beach access is too rocky to swim. There are many stairs all around so hotel is not accessible. Also not much near by. Highly recommend. Very romantic destination. Great honeymoon location. Very happy with our stay. Thank you! "

"Property was beautiful and staff very helpful. Close to the funicular up to Taormina's center. We tipped the whole trip but realized in the end that the hotel takes a significant amount out for employees. "

"Hotel is very good and the staff and amenities are excellent. Great rooftop restaurant and bar with a great view. Our room was rather small and the bathroom was barely manageable because it was so small and they crammed in the bidet and shower. But, that is probably our fault as we booked a basic room. The wifi also was very weak and not effective most of the time. Breakfast was very good and parking was very convenient."

"La Plage has magnificent views of the sea and the iconic Isola Bella. The breakfast buffet is delicious and the staff are friendly and attentive. Be aware that the beach is rocky and hard to walk on and it’s difficult to enter and exit the sea for a swim. It’s easy to get up to Taormina via the funivia (cable car) for a 10€ round trip. "

"Located just outside Messina Gate, location is quiet but quick access to Corso and not far from funicular. Attentive, friendly staff. Nice breakfast on the roof level. Hotel has a Michelin 2 star restaurant (which we did not dine at-- didn't realize prior to check -in and we had other plans). Recommend highly!"

"First time in Syracuse and this hotel perfectly met our needs in terms of facilities and location. It’s expensive - especially for the sea view rooms, but they are very nice and the view is lovely from them. I would use this hotel again if staying in Syracuse."

"Everything was over the top! I have been to many Four Seasons properties in Europe. Not only they kept the standards of the hotel chain, this was the best one! Breakfast was amazing, the spa was divine and honestly except the pool being a little too small. Everything was just perfect."

"If there was a rating higher than excellent my wife and I would select it for all categories!! The property location was second to none, and the envy of the thousands of tourists passing by the luxurious front gate and vine covered portico. The staff anticipated every need and request and attended immediately to any comment or request. Food was exceptional thanks no doubt to the Michelin rated chef.
