"I love this property, I think its the best hotel in Shenzhen. The hotel room is immaculately so clean, all of the amenities are perfect, room temperature is so good, you can adjust it any temp you wanted. TV entertainment is top notch, they even have new movies that you can watch for free. We added the club access to our stay which I highly recommend as you can have your breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails for unlimited wine and drinks, we really got spoiled on their club, shoutout to the...

"While checking in at the executive lounge, we had wonderful assistance from Charlie, who is very enthusiastic and patient in taking care of customer's needs. Furthermore, Lynn has been very helpful in taking care of our needs and welcoming. Overall this has been a great trip and led to a happy stay for us. The hotel has been kept in a good condition in general and room was wonderful. A small recommendation is to ensure bedsheet/ blanket care . Great experience overall"
