"What a stunning resort and wonderful holiday. We had a fabulous 10 day holiday, great swimming pools often with loungers available later on in the day. Beach a few minutes walk across the road at the bottom of the resort. Would be better if people weren't allowed to save loungers. We arrived at the beach most days by nine and had to search for loungers available for the three of us as others had saved with towels, some didn't show up til midday. "Avions réservés suite river avec piscine magnifique .le personnel de la réception et les bagagistes vraiment accueillants et sympathiques spécialement Klara et Krystos (trainning) prenaient vraiment plaisir a nous rendre service et nous renseigner.La restauration buffet varié parfois un peu répétitif mais bon. "I cannot fault this resort or its staff. It was spotless, every member of the team we encountered was so friendly and accommodating, they couldn’t do enough for us, the food was excellent and the facilities like the pools and spa were also excellent. "Sehr schönes Hotel, mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Insbesondere die Reinigungsmitarbeiterinnen waren wunderbar. Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen und auch weit von der nächst grösseren Stadt entfernt. Mit einem günstigen Mietauto ist aber alles trotzdem gut erreichbar. Die Rezeption ist nicht sehr zuverlässig. "Amazing! The whole place is so clean - they really take care of everything. Housekeeping came every day, so our room was always spotless and super comfy when we got back from the beach or pool. The staff are just the nicest people ever. Everyone is so friendly and always happy to help with anything you need. You really feel welcomed the whole time you're there. "Overall excellent facilities and staff. My only observation is that the reception area was very chaotic with a lot of kids running around which can be a little overwhelming. It might be an idea to relocate the pods which seemed to be their main attraction. Other than that I would definitely recommend. "
