"The staff at the restaurant were very kind and helpful, and the food was good. The housekeeping team was also amazing and did a great job. "I first stayed here 20 years ago when this hotel was Le Meridien. I was in Pune with my daughters whilst my husband was out of town so decided to have a trip down memory lane with them. The hotel is as lovely and grand as ever, the rooms are comfortable with the Indian service you expect from a 5 star. Food on room service, main restaurant and the Chinese restaurant was delicious. "We booked an apartment, booking shows good for 4 people. When showed up, one to had no bed. We were informed to use the king bed for 3 people and sofa for 4th person. We were charged 2000Rs per extra 2 beds. We had airport pickup included, which we were charged for as our flights were delayed. We were informed that we are party of 4 with 5 large bags.
