"Spectacular hotel! The staff is very attentive . The shuttle to the center was very helpful as roadway sidewalks are very narrow to and from hotel. The breakfast was phenomenal. "

"The hotel is perfectly located next to the town center. It has a beautiful dining room that offers an amazing breakfast. The front desk staff is welcoming and helpful. The rooms are very pretty – we had a brand new bathroom that had just been renovated. The amenities are wonderful and the outdoor terrace is of course spectacular! A really great stay!"

"Lovely hotel, amazing views, manicured gardens, excellent staff, (Carmen, Martina, Connie, Gaetano, Valentina, Laura, Roberta to mention but a few) good spa. However, there were 2 major issues which were not in keeping with a 5* at this price point: 1) there is a huge unattached manhole on the road in front of the hotel which makes a racket every time a car drives over it and keeps you up at night through the night; 2) a horrible drain stench from the toilet / bidet in the rooms. "We spent 3 nights here in the middle of our honeymoon trip. What an amazing experience. The staff were friendly, the food and bars were amazing, and the pool area had plenty of space. We used the hotel shuttle almost every day, which was very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Sorrento. You will not be disappointed."

"I couldn't be more pleased with the hotel - from the friendly and accommodating staff to the cleanliness of the room and property. The food was next level and their bar has an unbeatable view with drinks to match (get the irresistible fries). Must do the wine tasting in their cellar - well worth it and there's a surprise hidden down there. "
