"Generally incredible stay. Staff were very attentive. Not as luxury as hotels such as say lion sands which is twice the price though you get all the comfort you need given how busy the days are. "The Pondoro experience is first class from beginning to end! The location is stunning and we watched hippo, crocs, giraffe, elephants and all sorts from our room. The games drives led by the wonderful Shadlack and Dion were breathtaking, with the big 5 and all manner of wildlife seen on multiple occasions. "What a great finding! Beautiful design, extremely friendly staff, amazing dinner experience with excellent food, wine and service. Every centimeter of the hotel is designed and thought through. Just a pleasure to watch! The breakfast was feast and the staff extremely attentive. The reception staff went above and beyond when we forgot our jackets in the hotel.
