"We were there 2 nights on a weekend. Nice high-ceiling, eye-catching decor, respectful, accommodating, and professional staff, delicious and well-presented food whether their hot buffet breakfast, or La Meza, 6 of elevators in south tower, lots of night time activities, seem to have an efficient security at the entrance driveway, love the K-9. There was just that sales person/kiosk, I think we’ve received 3 flyers from. Massage is still in-room, and they do not have all the services available...

"The breakfast buffet was awesome. The bed was great, the pillows were a bit too soft for my liking. Definitely recommend getting the aromatherapy massage...felt amazing"

"Next to Seaside. Within walking distance to Pubs and Bars. Very nice and clean Hotel with a beautiful Lobby and has a big spread of choices for Breakfast. Quiet place even though near to bars. Has a rooftop lounge which you can see 360 Degrees around the Hotel. Very nice and cosy atmosphere at the Rooftop Lounge, the live band was a little too lout when they were on though. Good security all round the Hotel from Entrance to the lift lobby. Will return when in Manila."

"I have been traveling the world my whole life and have visited many countries during my time in the U.S. Navy. Shangri-La The Fort Manila and Shangri-La the Fort Boracay are by far the best resorts I've stayed in. The services they provide far exceed the price you pay (in my opinion). The complimentary breakfast was phenomenal. All the staff were professional and prompt. Best customer service I've seen anywhere. Specific shout out to the night manager Karl. "

"My family and I stayed at EDSA Shangrila for 6 days. It was an amazing experience. The room at the tower wing was superb. Housekeeping was very attentive to our needs. They were always ready to help. The concierge was topnotch. The breakfast buffet was amazing!"

"One of the best hotel room which I have stayed in Manila, much better than the famous S on EDSA. Spacious room with great view. Separate shower, bathtub and toilet area with two sinks. One complaint is the lift system which can be confusing, and quite slow due to high floor and occupancy. Second its breakfast restaurant is relatively small, had to wait for 10-15 min everyday to get a table."

"Enjoyed my stay, the staff is very accommodating and friendly, I love the lay out of the rooms, clean and spacious,the only downside are the staff in the club, I felt reprimanded when dining with my family of 6, all the large tables are occupied, so when we tried to put 2 tables together the staff did not let us but when a group of foreigners did the same thing, they just brushed it off. Not worth paying for the club access. Overall, enjoyed my stay"
