"The hotel is in an ideal location. Great and helpful staff proved this is a top notch warm hotel. Great weather allowed us to sit outside on the hotels covered seating and enjoy a beverage while looking at the hustle and bustle pass by. An added bonus was the church bells ringing in the background. Impeccably clean and tremendously satisfying. Certainly a must stay in Old Town Gdansk."

"Michael at the front desk was welcoming, knowledgable, and attentive. He also had a great sense of humor. Our room faced the marina with a gorgeous view. The property is quietly away from the hustle and bustle yet still within comfortable walking distance to attractions, restaurants, and shopping."

"I travel a lot, and I never left a one-star for the property, because even if there were minor issues, overall I loved my stay.
This time was different. Like, shockingly, especially since the accommodation was advertised as luxury.
Let's start with the obvious problem - NO WINDOW in the room. Like at all. It was classed as a standard room in a 'Luxury' accommodation. It sounds like a substandard to me.
Oh, and no escape plan either. If you read there was a fire extinguisher in the room, you'd...
