"This is a stunning hotel. I kept thinking I may not fit in with the clientele! If I have a complaint it’s the same throughout Europe, and that is, no top sheet on the beds, just a duvet with a cover. "I had a very pleasant 4-night stay at the Kozmo Hotel. The room was comfortable, and I really liked the bathroom with its smart design and good lighting. Breakfast offered a good selection to start the day well, and Benjamin from the breakfast team made it even nicer. The coffee machine can be slow at peak times, so a bean-to-cup machine might improve the experience, and including breakfast in the room rate could make the stay more convenient.
