"We were two families with 3 kids ages, (2) ages 7 and 9. We loved the pool, access to the ocean, the kids club and nightly entertainment. There was also a mini mart on site in case tou need souvenirs or forgot to bring a swimsuit. We also used the spa for a body scrub, massage and my little one got a chocolate massage which she loved. The spa was great. We upgraded to the higher drinks option, we got bottled water, bottled wine, extra toiletries and robes with slippers. The desserts were great,...

"Väldigt fint och fräscht hotell. Servicen var superbra, supertrevliga människor. Städerskorna såg till att det alltid såg bra ut i rummen och maten var god. Vi hade en 10/10 upplevelse. Enda mindre bra är att det inte sker jättemycket variation i buffén. Vi åt i princip liknande mat varje frukost, lunch och middag. "

"Lovely boutique hotel with really helpful and friendly staff. Room was really modern and comfortable beach facilities were good as long as you booked and arrived early. Breakfast was really nice with personal service rather than buffet specific requirements were always met. Would definitely return."

"Super Hotel, eine reine Wohlfühloase! Die Lage ist nur etwas abgelegen und man kann in der Umgebung nicht viel unternehmen, es gibt nur ein Bus der in die Stadt nach Chania fährt. Die Fahrt nach Rethymno dauert zum Beispiel 2 1/2 Stunden. Mietwagen für Unternehmungen ist ein absolutes muss. Ansonsten das Hotel sehr sauber, freundlich und leckeres Essen!"

"The service is excellent. The property is recently refurbished and the freshness of interior and exterior design shine through. The food is decent and there is a good variety. Snack bars operating through out day time with kids favorite food. We really liked this facility. The beach is in the property as well, meaning it's accessible through out the day. "

"A stunning and amazing hotel!! It exceeded all our expectations. We loved our room, the building, our breakfasts, the staff were lovely, very helpful with top customer service. Strongly recommend it for a short or long stay. It is centrally located in the Old Chania district, with shops, restaurants and the harbour around the corner. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Elisia for a memorable stay. "
