"We live in the UK and had booked a trip to stay at Herman K. Unfortunately, due to a last-minute UK evisa issue, we were unable to leave the country and make our trip. The hotel team was incredibly kind and understanding throughout our communication. They showed great flexibility and generously agreed to move our booking to a later date.
