"Let me start by saying, the staff was absolutely amazing!!! Everyone from valet to front desk to the restaurant (especially, Migel) and the wonderful manager (who's name I don't recall) were phenomenal! Kudos to each of them for being friendly, professional and going above and beyond the call of duty.
Unfortunately, I am not giving the hotel an excellent rating due to one issue - excessive mold and dust in my room. The situation was so unbearable that within minutes of being in the room, my...

"The hotel staff were friendly and pleasant. Check in was quick and easy. The inside of the hotel does need some updates/renovation. My room was partially clean, there were stains on the wall and inside shower there were stains. The hotel does offer breakfast and complimentary drinks. It was a quick get away but staff were very nice."

"No mirror in the room, there was a mouse in the M club and multiple mouse traps under food and coffee area. No trash bags in garbage cans.. Staff is very friendly though."
