"Komfortables und geräumiges Zimmer. Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne. Minikühlschrank mit kostenlosen Wasser vorhanden. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Negativ: Klimaanlage hat irgendwie nicht richtig funktioniert. (Fenster waren geschlossen.)"

"Firstly, we pre-checked in online and upon arrival we were asked to fill in the details for the 2nd time! The pillows aren't comfortable at all, the room is too warm, it's just a heater but didn't work as an aircond, we had to open the windows at all times as if we were staying in a lodge (not 4* at all) "

"This place is huge, managed to get lost trying to find our room. The room was huge and really great, staff were lovely the car was good the restaurant food was a bit pricey but some nice places outside the hotel to eat. Very handy having a supermarket below. Comfy beds and good shower, everything you could think of provided in the room. "

"This is a wonderful hotel in the heart of Berlin. Its location near a train station was extremely convenient for travel around the city, as well as visiting many of the major tourist destinations. The staff was accommodating and efficient. The room was spacious and met our needs wonderfully. Very much recommend this hotel. "

"The hotel is at a central location, where there are many high-rated restaurants and bars. The Italian restaurants on the cross street and the jazz bar called the Hat on the left side of the hotel, where you can listen to live jazz bands every night, are amazing. The rooms are cleqn and the staff are super-friendly. I highly recommend this hotel."

"We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel during our trip to Berlin. The location is perfect — close to public transport and ideal for exploring the city. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were exceptionally polite and helpful throughout our stay. There were just a few downsides in the kitchen area. The pots and pans were quite old, the hygiene of the washing machine wasn’t great, and the kitchen hood (extractor fan) was a bit weak, which made cooking slightly...
