"The hotel is in a great location for exploring the city whilst still being within reach of the airport. The cafe that is with the hotel is always buzzy and is excellent for a coffee.. Rooms have character and are of a good standard. The breakfast could be better (why have you never got black tea and run out of things so quickly) and the staff there could do with smiling more. That said I come back to this hotel three times a year so that obviously doesn’t put me off 🙂"

"La struttura che era da me prenotata, non risponde al telefono indicato, ho dovuto cercare il loro numero di telefono su internet. "It was easy to check-in into the place as communication with the owner was quick. Even when I realised the hair dryer was taken, they were quick to replace the next day. The location is close to the landmarks in Tirana so we could easily walk to and from our place, whilst so many dining options and shops around. The ac was quite good and the room was clean before we got there. Minor improvement would be having extra mirrors particular for our room as we had a few girls doing makeup."

"We had a wonderful 1 night stay here June. The staff make this place, extremely helpful and polite whether it be front of house, breakfast room staff or cleaners going about their day, everyone took the time to say hello. Check in was quick and we were shown to our room. Room itself was fab, clean and bed super comfy, we had a small balcony which was lovely in the evening.
