"Disappointed to be put in their other hotel. Didn't realise that their carparking was with another site and overall will cost us another €30. Directions could be more accurate as the hotel is not on the road described but backs onto it. We ended up parking the car to find it!!"

"What can I say about Hilton Garden Inn that is not widely known. This location was also a good representative of the chain's quality and cleanliness. Good selection at breakfast. Good location."

"It was a super clean hotel with a great staff, the rooms are good size and comfortable. The location is good about 15 min walk to main attractions. Breakfast was tasty but small things need to be improved: hot items get cold fast as they don’t use warmers, coffee and juice machines spills as the glasses and cups are about 1" too small so it spills and people are constantly looking for a rack to wipe it off. The AC in the room is weird it's either too hot or too cold cant seem to control...

"Its hard to judge hotels standards between countries and certainly in Albania one has to keep a slightly open mind and judgement, but all in all I think this was worth the price we paid. The location is very very convenient, the rooms are fine. It feels quite fun being directly opposite the old dictators "as it was" 60s house.The biggest negative was the so called gym. Just about everything in there was broken so it was a bit of a swizz to include it in the description to be frank. I also loved...

"The staff were superb, at the reception as well as the restaurant. They really enhanced my experience. I was upgraded when I arrived. I was helped with my many requests to book a bus to another city, explore the city centre, make recommendations for dinner, etc. The room was very comfortable, making my stay enjoyable."

"A good hotel and fairly well positioned to walk into the city. Not a lot around the immediate area and it lacked a bit of character (like Tirana itself). The hotel was decent although a bit noisy due to the positioning of the room I was in. The bathroom also had a bit of a bad water odour (suspect the drains needed a proper clean). Staff were friendly and breakfast and dinner in the hotel restaurant were good (a bonus as the surrounding area didn’t have many good options). Overall it was a...

"The hotel is perfectly positioned down a quiet side street away from the traffic of Tirana. Yet a slow 7 minute stroll brings you to the centre of Tirana and the joys of the city. The hotel is decorated as the name would suggest in old style with the restaurant looking like you've stepped back into medieval times. The only negative is that on arrival we had to put our top sheet on and grab the duvet from the wardrobe. Then the following day had to do the same as the maid had removed it....

"The entrance is in a weird place (down a narrow street). But once inside very clean and well kept. The breakfast was okay, very samey day to day, but this isn’t a large hotel so the staff get used to you and start preparing tea / coffee etc."
