"Thessaloniki's Modernist is a delightful Parisian-style early 1920's building in a superb location (cross-street "Aristotle Square", 5-10 min walk to waterfront promenade). Breakfast on the penthouse level (7th floor) with lovely staff made our stay quite special. Room was small, but king size bed, everything (incl. a/c) worked perfectly, and we had a small balcony to the street where we could watch the summer evening action on "Aristotle". "It's a well located, well used, city centre tourist hotel. As such it's a little tired in places but the staff were very helpful and friendly and the beds were clean comfortable. Warning for those that drive there. There is only drop off parking outside the hotel but there are private car parks nearby. Unfortunately our minibus wouldn't fit in the car parks so I drove around for an hour trying to find a spot, eventually parking 15 minutes walk away."

"Leider war unser Zimmer 472 auf die Straße ausgerichtet, daher war es laut. Die Zimmer sind veraltet. Eine Renovierung würde nicht schaden. Das Essen ist gut, die Auswahl ist ausreichend. Der Pool sowie der Liegebereich ist eher klein und meist voll besetzt. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis war jedoch sehr gut. "
