"I took my family to Tahoe over the holiday weekend. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located within a few shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again. "

"This was exactly what I wanted. Absolutely amazing. Met all expectations. I was stunned at all the amenities available. I give the staff and the room five stars. This was definitely luxury and I wish I could’ve stayed longer. I plan to return when the snow comes."

"Great property and stay, but be prepared to walk a ways from the parking lot if you don't choose valet parking. There are also no designated resort guest parking spots so you are sharing them with event guests, which was always full. Otherwise, great location and quiet with great food."

"Overall stay is good and lodge is cozy and a large size of kitchen with full utensils to use, which are very convenient. A few things that the management may think to improve: the washer and dryer, especially the dryer is not clean and some dust even coins left inside the dryer. Customer service phone number is not reachable the day after Xmas so there is nobody to answer our questions."

"Very convenient location near the bottom of the slope close to the Northstar Gondola. We loved the property and little touches, like the snack basket, tea/coffee choices, etc. The view was fun, watching skiers come down the mountain. The best is ski in/out, no packing the car and driving necessary, at the end of a big ski day, it's so nice to be able to just relax."

"Great cozy property that feels like home. It’s clearly easy to tell it’s properly taken care of because the owners appear to stay there as well. It’s VERY well located at the resort. Didn’t even need to drive once to the amenities outside the property. Probably the best located spot at Granlibakken"

"The space for 3 couples was definitely more than enough. Everybody was able to stay together from living room To dinning table. "

"We rented the Alpine Manor Retreat for my daughter’s ski birthday weekend. This place is great. Great location. Easy to get to Alpine, Pallisades, Tahoe City or Truckee. Clean. We always like that when we walk in. Responsive communication system. Door code didn’t work at first, but was fixed in less than 5 minutes. "

"Nice location, quiet area, not enough towels, kitchen missing a few essentials like hand towels, spatula and cookie sheet."
