"Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was disappointing. The rooms are quite average and do not include basic amenities such as slippers. Housekeeping failed to clean my room during my stay, and when I reported it to reception, I was simply told they would make a note of it and have the room cleaned the following day. As the following day was my check-out, this did not resolve the issue.
There was also inconsistent communication regarding breakfast. The day before, I was informed by reception...

"Super location to attend events at Strawberry Arena! Be aware that they could host after concert event. We were there for Bad Bunny and the after party finished at 4:30AM - we could hear the basses clearly from our room. By the way it was a super plus to have not to take any train after the concert."

"Das ausgesprochen vielfältige Frühstück, bei dem für jeden etwas dabei ist, ist ein Highlight zum Start in den Tag. Und sobald etwas zur Neige geht, wird nachgefüllt. Das Personal im Restaurant und an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich, umsichtig, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.
Die Juniorsuite ist sehr geräumig, das Bett bequem, ohne zu weich zu sein. Ungünstig ist nur, dass der Schrank sehr schmal ist und die Koffer daher nicht ausgepackt werden können. Ich kann das Hotel sehr empfehlen."

"I stayed here for business. The hotel is in a good central location - easy to access the top attractions. Lots of convenience stores, restaurants and bars in the nearby vicinity. The breakfast was excellent and had a good range of cuisine. The room was cleaned well everyday and comes with a reasonable amount of amenities. The hotel staff were very friendly."
