"There is a new trend in hotel design worldwide which this hotel follows and it needs to stop. Not having proper walls and doors in bathrooms within the room. There is no privacy since the walls are now made of cristal so all the bedroom is illuminated by the bathroom, and the doors don't shot so noise and smell flow into the bedroom effortlessly. There is no way of going into the bathroom and not waking up other people in the room. It's a nightmare when traveling with friends and work...

"Tive uma experiência incrível na guest house! Desde o momento da chegada, fui recebida com um atendimento acolhedor. O ambiente é muito charmoso e tranquilo, ideal para relaxar. O quarto estava limpo, confortável e bem decorado, além de ser muito silencioso durante a noite. A localização também é boa, perto de bons restaurantes, mas em uma rua tranquila. Com certeza, recomendo a todos que buscam uma hospedagem aconchegante e com atendimento de qualidade."

"We got a free upgrade and had a really big apartment with two bathrooms and three bedrooms as well as a really big kitchen. Everything looked clean. Sitting on our terrace we could see the ocean and the pool area and we had a stunning view. The only things we have to complain is that we did not have warm what we forgot to say at the reception since we stayed only for one night. "

"Great, historic hotel in a beautiful setting.We had an overnight stay in Palm Court which worked well for our family. Staff were very friendly and attentive. We had drinks in the atmospheric bar and had both dinner and breakfast in the restaurant - good food, good choice and excellent service."

"Expedia had sent me a confirmation on the booking. But when we arrived in Mossel bay there was no confirmation at the accomodation. We had to look for another hotel. That was very annoying for us. Therefore, a rating of the accomodation is not relevant."

"This is a great property as it has a range of stay options plus a separate place for day visitors who want to do a game drive. The 'tent' was quite luxurious and game drives informative and exciting. i liked the option to pay what you use and not just an 'all inclusive' which is better value for people who don't eat and drink huge amounts. Fully recommend. "
