"Cleanlyness of our room was Very Satisfied towels replaced daily and Bedding freshly changed and made up. Staff: Checking in/Room Cleaning Staff were friendly and professional, My Brother and I were very disappointed on waking up to go downstairs for Breakfast serving cold already prepared: Eggs, Bacon, Sausages and Potatoes, and Coffee Machine down to make a cup of Capachino, Cafe Latte ect.ect., on the other hand freshly prepared Omelets/Sunnyside Eggs were the only Hot options on your plate....

"We loved the location of this hotel and the staff were wonderful to us. They were friendly and didn’t mind that we only knew a little French. It was easily walkable to the Louvre and lots of restaurants and shops. The rooms are very small. The rooms just have queen sized beds and the showers are small, but this is normal in France. The rooms were perfectly cleaned every day. The breakfast buffet is good but very simple. We liked sitting in the bar area and found the wines to be very good...

"We stayed in room 702. Top floor with a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower. Which was a nice surprise because the room we booked was a Superior Room with Spa access had no mentioning of the tower view. Great staff, very helpful. Clean room. Amazing spacious shower. There were a few things i wish were better tho. We were in Paris during a crazy heat wave. Some days temperature outside was 33-35C. The AC in the room didnt work well. It was set at 19 C the lowest possible the entire stay of 3...

"Well appointed room; had everything we needed. Clean, courteous staff, good breakfast, great location to access public transport. Lots of great food options in the vicinity. Only downside….very noisy if you’re on a lower floor. You can hear the garbage trucks from early morning and the sounds from all the night time partying in the area. But we were out most of the day so it only bothered us a bit at night. Would highly recommend."
