"I enjoyed my short stay. The location of the hotel was good and the staff were great as well. The rooms are small but pleasantly appointed. Having Nespresso machines in the rooms was a nice touch. "

"Good afternoon,
I must admit that I was somewhat disappointed with my stay at the Windsor Hotel. This was my second time visiting, but on this occasion I brought my daughters so they could enjoy the pool, especially since the weather was warm. Unfortunately, the pool was closed, and I was neither informed in advance nor did I see any notice about it.
Regarding the room, I noticed that the lamps were not properly arranged, there were no utensils in the kitchen, no wine glasses, and the shower...

"Worst hotel I have ever experienced. Un friendly and under staffed hotel. Poorly managed by Monique Reyes. Would never go back or recommend this to anyone. If you are wanting to order room service, don't do it. Took forever, came cold and in to go bags. The poor girl who dropped it off even said I deserved to complain about it. Shower smelled like mildew. There were no fresh linens left for the day on night 2 of our stay. We also order Postmates for breakfast since the room service was so bad...

"Gave our room away because arrived later in the evening. Room construction on the floor, Marijuana smell in the elevator. Room was so cold when we arrived, it felt like the north pole. Parking charged me money but the parking gate wouldn't accept the code sent to me. Had to wait for someone to leave in front of the hotel and park there. I feel ripped off. I was born and raised in Philadelphia and come home on occasion. This is by far one of the worst stays and experience I've ever had. Terrible...
