"Hotel is very tired. The room had no door on the shower, the TV did not work and neither did the phone. We reported these issues to reception and they fixed the phone and connected the channels to the tv (apps like Netflix still didn’t work). The rooms are described as soundproof, which they most definitely are not! You can even hear toilets flushing, hair dryers and even people eating crisps… the walls are very thin! "The description of a chic 4 star hotel is definitely lost in translation. I was surprised to see how outdated the hotel floor’s interior was as well as the bathrooms. To be honest I chose NOT to use the shower and thank goodness I travel with no water needed full body bath wipes. The bathroom was old and needed several upgrades. "The hotel is newer and the staff is super nice, however, the location is not good, is in the high part of the town, near a very bad part of the city (the street right behind the hotel is a dump, the houses are abandoned or falling down).
