"There is no Hotel Parking, you have to park on the street. The check in was quick but the desk attendant was not super helpful. The WiFi was horrible, I could not watch a video or movie without buffer. The breakfast is NOT free. I was suprised at the prices as well. The smell of the room was overbearing and not a great scent. The best part was the AC and the bed."

"The staff was amazing, Especially Heather at the breakfast bar, we came down a little late one morning and the coffee was almost gone and what was left was cold so she made my wife and I a fresh pot and served it to us! Bravo! The food at the breakfast bar is MEH…should get better quality food! The only other negative I could really say is the Hotel rooms need to be freshened up and updated, they feel tired and old!"

"Lovely hotel and a lovely stress free stay. The art gallery was an unexpected delight, too. But my favorite was the historical insight into the hotels former life as a factory. There was a Ford Model T in the lobby and several photos of the tradesmen working in various occupations. Those people probably never thought their factory would eventually become one of the best hotels in OKC. In summary: this is a great place to stay and explore. Fine dining at Mary Eddys and creative displays of art...

"Owner/Management changed, new owner did not want to honor our reservation and just left us with the phone number of the Best Western Helpline. We had to find a new hotel by own effort. We do not recommend to stay in this place who offered us to stay one night if we paid for an entire week, because they do "long term stay only", instead of honoring the initial reservation."

"Lots of history of the university and champions from the history of OU. Property is old and although some of the decor in the rooms are new, the amenities, carpeting, and general condition of the property are poor. I would only recommend this place if you are a teenager and you don’t mind walking on sticky carpet. People there are really nice and generally care about their customers."
