"This place isn’t really a 4-star hotel. It looks like the rooms you get through Expedia are the old, smelly ones on the second floor. We booked two rooms, and one of them reeked of sewage—almost unbearable. No one even offered to move us to a different room.
The pillows were awful, and the TV remotes in both rooms didn’t work.
On the bright side, the breakfast was excellent."

"The hotel is in a good location, just a short walk from the Metro, in a quiet and pleasant residential area. It is quite a traditional hotel and perhaps lacks some of the amenities and touches you might expect from a more modern four-star property. For example, while tea and coffee-making facilities were provided in the room, there was no milk available, and bottled water in the room was chargeable rather than complimentary.
The bedroom was quite small, although I had booked a single room so...
