"Staff were incredibly helpful even though they were obviously tested at times by irate customers. It was when the Iran war started and naturally customers were uncertain regarding future plans. Staff handled it well I observed. Restaurant nice and food very good. Laundries were under some pressure. The luggage and concierge were helpful. We would stay again"

"Stayed at the Rydges because it was close to the train station. Wanted to take the train to the airport but the train were under maintenance on the weekend. We had to take uber the next day. Check in was easy, I was able to get an early check in. The staff didn’t confirm if I had breakfast included and didn’t provide wi-fi access at time of check-in. I had to ask later. The elevators were slow. "
