"The rooms were clean. Apartment extremely spacious. However the bed was extremely uncomfortable (mattress was collapsed), shower stall was blocked, hot water boiler was spoilt (although reloaded quickly) and the dryer wasn't working. Staff are only available from 9 am to 6 pm which makes them inaccessible. Excellent location but spoilt by these details. "

"We planned to drive around the ring of Kerry so it was a good location for this. The staff were really lovely with a glass of bubbly on arrival. The room was comfortable although we were right over the reception so it was a bit noisy in the morning with the coach or bus reversing and waiting out side. The dinning room lady was also lovely.
