"Un vrai paradis. Nous avons adoré notre séjour à l’hôtel Enrica. J’aimerais mentionner l’accueil et le service offert par le personnel, la chambre spacieuse avec un magnifique balcon donnant sur la piscine et la vue magnifique la baie. Aussi, nous avons été agréablement surpris par qualité et la variété au déjeuner buffet. Ai-je dit que la piscine était magnifique? J’aurais aimé y séjourner plus longtemps. "The hotel is a 10 minute bus ride away from Lipari. We had a free ride organised by the hotel to and from the ferry which was great. Als das Begrüßungsschreiben vom Hotel bei mir ankam, habe ich mich mit dem Hotel in Verbindung gesetzt und gebeten, mir bei den anstehenden Transfers von Catania nach Lipari, behilflich zu sein. "We were given a key that did not fit the lock. It took the hotel 20 minutes to fix while we had to stand next to the door. Additionally no soap products in the room. They gave them to me at reception when I asked and they apologized. Still for the price we are paying this is a bit annoying . Couch has many big stains."
