"We were surprised by poor service at The Heathman. Housekeeping, in particular, was lacking. The first day our towels were refreshed, but the beds left unmade and the coffee supplies were not replenished. "Clean and comfortable room and a beautiful location right on the river. I love that it felt homey with various sitting areas, books to read in the lobby, and even a couple of pianos for guests to play. "Such a comfortable king bed. Conveniently located (walked to get Thai takeout at thai peacock), and was able to street park after 7 pm and before 8 am at no cost. Nespresso was a great touch. TV remote could use a good deep clean though. Will stay here again if I am ever in Portland."
