"Was super quiet stay actually. Not much people around still this time around so was nice to be able to find easy parking everywhere and l wineries werent so busy.. staff was alright, only had one minor inconvenience..we wanted some robes to take to the pool but there was none in the room so went to ask front desk but was told to contact housekeeping.. which noone answered after many tries. Eventually got them hours later. Restaurant was closed for a private event while we were there so couldnt...

"Check in was seamless, counter staff very friendly.
We prepaid breakfast when booking, great deal as we could order anything off the brekky menu, the eggs Benny was the best I ’ve ever ordered. The room was very quiet and as expected, the tv was larger than usual in a hotel.
Loved the waterfront location and it was across the street from Prospera Place which had an event we were attending. We would book there again! "

"Our two bedrooms unit was perfect for a family of 5. the Kitchen included all the amenities we could ever need, like a stove, microwave oven, blender, coffee maker machine, dish washer and a washing machine/drier. confortable dining area. all was super clean and in a great condition"

"Check in was slow as the in training staff was helping a young child get a room key and it would be under one of two names, he also wanted to know how many keys this child wanted!! When he got to helping me i needed to show id and a credi card, he had no maps to give us as they had none. He should not have given a child a key to any room, no parent was with the child!!"
