"I had two problems with the hotel, but only one is easily solved. There was no chair in the room, just an upholstered cube. After being on my laptop for about 20 to 30 minutes my back was really painful. I asked for a chair with a back and they brought one up from the dining room. That worked like a charm and even after an hour and a half my back didn't hurt. The other problem will require some construction on the hotel's part. "We stayed in a Premium suite which was well worth the extra cost. Amazing space with wonderful bathroom. The hotel is wonderfully positioned and characterful. Staff are all really helpful. Would definitely recommend. "
