"We had a very pleasant stay after requesting we be moved to a less remote room with a better view. The staff was friendly, though we could not always get the information we needed. We were not on the all-inclusive plan and when we wanted a little breakfast we were told the dining room was only serving a buffet. "This is a great property. If you are looking for a good beach in Bermuda, this is it! Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious. The meal plan is a good value, I highly recommend.
