"The bed in the initial room was full of bed bugs. We noticed that something was crawling on our skin around 2 a.m. the bugs were all over the duvet and under the pillows. I was absolutely horrified. We were given another room which was in an outside part of the hotel. They did not show any remorse for the bites that came from the bed bugs. As the welts came up pretty quick and looked apparent especially on my sisters face... They gave us 2 free drinks the next day, which was of no use, but...

6. Tramas Hotel & SPA

Pusat Bandar Olbia

"Loved this hotel. Great location and very short walk to the Main Street, restaurants and bars. Lovely bright clean room, modern decor and great shower. The in room coffee machine was a lovely touch. Breakfast was great value too with a good selection (including vegan and vegetarian options). Staff were helpful and friendly. Would return again without hesitation. I’d score everything ‘excellent’ but I’m only getting up to ‘good’ as an option!"

"My 13 days at Blu Hotel Morisco were unforgettable! I travel a lot, and this was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. A special thank you to Maria, Fabiola, Antonella and Olga at reception for their warm smiles and for making me feel at home. The restaurant team was wonderful, and the food was excellent, with a great variety of vegetables, proteins and desserts. Roberto, from Brazil, made me feel at home by speaking Portuguese with me, while Carlos, from Colombia, always...

"This was the best hotel we booked on our trip to Sardinia. From the location and the free parking out front, the helpful front desk attendants and the spacious rooms with a magnificent view of the harbour. We had the room with a large bed and 2 singles and it was so large we could not believe it! The breakfast on the ninth florr restaurant was incredible...what a delicious spread and the waitors were so attentive and friendly. The restaurant/bar view from the ninth floor was spectacular at...

19. Hotel Villa Margherita

Golfo Aranci

"Excellent welcome, excellent breakfast with my new Italian favorite (fresh ricotta and honey) with excellent, fresh, warm baguettes (too bad they were buried under the other breads so I only found them on the 2nd morning), very comfortable, true king-sized bed in a large room with a large balcony. We couldn’t have afforded the room in the high season, but I don’t know who would want to be there when it’s super hot and super crowded. Parking was limited, but we could park less than a block away...
