"I didn’t like that we couldn’t use the beach because the seaweed was not removed to make beach accesible. Also our room floor was dirty, appears that it has not been cleaned with water for a long time; when walking barefoot in room our feet became very very dirty with floor dirt. Room floor should be cleaned with water to remove dirt. Resort is very nice, employees are great, kind and very friendly. I hope my above recommendation is taken into consideration and resolved. Thank you!"

"How to begin? So many things wrong! Poor services and front desk take forever to answer the phone. Also, the front desk has no customer service politeness. The first night was a disaster! "The owners are great and very quick to respond. We had a couple of things that needed resolving which they did immediately. The beds are not the most comfortable, especially the sleeper sofa, it slants down. The cleaning person could do a better job but overall the owners made up for that."
