"Staff was good but very greedy. Changed prices upon checking in. I got sick and Doctor over there asked for 1000 Egy pounds before coming to examine me.
However staff inside the restaurants and on the beach/pool were super nice and helpful.
Mr. Hussein Khalifa was very nice and took care of my whole family at the Italian restaurant. Also Soliman at the lobby bar was super nice and respectful.

"The location of the hotel is good, but unfortunately the overall experience did not live up to expectations. Honestly, even three stars feel too generous for this property.
There were a large number of flies and mosquitoes, which made the stay uncomfortable. The smell at the entrance of the elevator and even in the restaurant was unpleasant. I stayed in room 309, which had a beautiful sea view, but the room itself was poorly maintained. The hot water mixer was missing, so the water came out...

"Overall, I had a good experience during my stay. The sea, weather, and food were excellent and truly enjoyable. However, I was disappointed with the attitude and level of support provided by some members of the reception team upon arrival, which negatively impacted the beginning of my stay. While the resort has many positive aspects, I believe additional staff training and improvements in guest service would greatly enhance the overall experience."

"This Hotel is the perfect all rounder, I have come for 3 years now and keeps getting better each time!
The facilities, food and entertainment is great for families and couples with the best balance of value.
What really is standout is the staff, they are the most friendly and fun people you can imagine. The animation team are the best really good from Adam, MoMo and Hoem absolutely fantastic hospitality.
