"Simbavati Hilltop is top notch! From the 9 times per day (yes, that is NINE times) that you are fed, to the staff, game drives, views and rooms! Not only do you have your own plunge pool overlooking the river, but there is also a shared, larger pool. There is also a daybed at the room, outdoor shower, fully stocked complimentary mini bar and very comfortable bed!
We saw hippo and elephant from our room. On game drives, lions feasting on a giraffe, hyena and wild dogs interacting, 2...

"The rating when I booked this holiday had dropped by the time we got there and the holiday did not live up to my expectations. One bed side light was dodgy with its connection so we didn’t use it and the other one didn’t have a lead long enough to reach the socket! Asked on arrival for this to be fixed, 4 nights later no difference. Drink service whilst friendly was slow. Cold drinks are collected by the staff from a fridge not in the bar area. The coffee machine is very slow, especially...

"The property is extremely hard to find because the Google map will not be able to get you there. The staff was not prepared for our arrival, as they already had anticipated that we would not be able to find it. Consequently, the restaurant had a menu but there were only two different cuts of steak. with one piece each. since there was nothing else we ate the steak, which was fine. Getting there, you will have to travel through some neighbourhoods that didn’t seem too safe to me."

"The employees were very friendly and helpful. They drove me to several attractions when unable to confirm space with a group. The lodge has a water hole where various wildlife come to drink including 4 beautiful water bucks. Room was spacious and included outdoor shower. Bed was very comfortable. Continental or full breakfast served daily and dinner was also served on several nights for nominal price."
