"We chose to stay at The Golden Crest as the reviews and rooms looked good and it was located at s good main location. We had asked for a room decoration and the room was beautifully decorated. "Excellent service "

"Service, location, friendly accommodating staff made us feel like home. Kanchanjungha views from hotel view point.. outside some rooms, dining hall, outside reception.. everywhere. Gave some suggestions and feed back to the general manager who was very appreciative of the constructive feed back. Passion of the staff to serve customers is unparalleled and trickles down from the leadership of Debarya, who seems to talk about the resort like it's his baby. "The hotel was beautiful, an old colonial atmosphere in a very comfortable setting, with great views of Kalimpong. Staff were very attentive and the Indian food in the restaurant was excellent. This was our second visit to the hotel, which we fully recommend and look forward to returning for future trips. "

"We stayed at this hotel for 2 Days and left wanting to stay longer. A beautiful property, with very clean facilities. Room and bed were amazing. The staff went over and beyond to make us comfortable and helped with all sight seeing arrangements. Restaurant accommodated us with all our requests. Food was very fresh and good. Quiet, peaceful, we left rejuvenated. Thanks to all the staff"

"Room too cold. Cant be adequately heated. Staff refused to give 2nd key to keep heater on . Cockroaches in dining area/table. Staff ignored when cockroaches were pointed out. "
